I also started my first web pages, sharing the designs I had made, I wanted to give back some of the generosity that I had encountered from other digitisers.
Some of my designs were in magazines at the time, that was a boost for me.
But I also loved passing on what I had learned on the way.
So here I am 12 years later, updating this web site yet again.
Technology has moved on, and soon I will be conducting small webinars, and one to one online teaching.
So check back often, to see what is new
When I began digitising around 12 years ago, I started with the Bernina Digitising software, and I have been with it ever since.I have tried other software at different times, but always return to Bernina.
I wanted my designs to look like the hand worked designs and to remind one of the heirloom embroideries of yesteryear.
Why not check these clips out, taken from some of my lessons, as you will see the lessons cover the design from start to finish, and you hear me thinking out loud my thoughts on all my decisions on settings, where I will go next and why.
